In all my years of car buying, never has it been as easy as it was this evening. Normally car salesman rank as one my least favorite groups of people, but Chris Duncan, Tonya Walker and Bill Utnick went ou as it was this evening. Normally car salesman rank as one my least favorite groups of people, but Chris Duncan, Tonya Walker and Bill Utnick went out of their way to make sure I had all of the information I needed to make an informed decision, ensuring that I test drove all of the models in which I expressed an interest and reviewing every available option for financing. I know I took up quite a bit of their time, but each one was patient and thorough, making me feel as if they had all the time in the world to answer my questions. In 2 years, it will be time to purchase a vehicle for my teenager. There is absolutely no question as to where my next car will be purchased! More

I apologize for such a late review. We went to the dealership after a call to buy back my 2012 Camry in November of 2013. We were greeted by Tonya Walker, who worked quickly to get us through the proc dealership after a call to buy back my 2012 Camry in November of 2013. We were greeted by Tonya Walker, who worked quickly to get us through the process, and I state that because me and my husband went early because I tire quickly because of Chemotherapy. I believe that Tonya could see this in me and we were not prolonged. After the car was selected, we met with Alesia, the Finance Manager, and just the same, it was not a drawn out process. They both were straight to the point, the process was expedited, and we were able to leave, so that I could get home and rest. Tonya and Alesia did everything in their power to get us the best deal that Fred Anderson could give. I thank you both and want to let you know that on yesterday I found out that I am CANCER FREE!!! We contacted the dealership through the website and were offered a very serious deal from the beginning so w work of Tonya Walker and Danny Marflake. We bought a 2014 Sequoia for a great price and traded in our 2008 Sequoia for a very fair price. Tonya was very helpful and understanding and helped us close an excellent deal. We would like to mention also that we got an excellent financing rate from Alesia Durr who got us an excellent rate and terms. Next time we need a car we will happily drive again 9 hours to Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston. More

I went to the Fred Anderson Toyota dealership in hopes of finding a new preowned car to purchase. My parents who were in from Boston for the weekend came to help me in this process. My Dad had some specific requirements for the car we were looking for. Tonya looked into their stock of used car with those requirements and also asked us a couple questions about whether we were interested in extended warranties and some other options. Although we did not find any used cars that fulfilled our requirements Tonya was able to collect enough information on how much we were willing to spend and the car we were looking for to suggest an amazing deal Toyota had on new 2014 Toyota Corollas. Tonya took us to see the car and color options, and for a test drive, and we were sold. She helped answer all the questions we could possibly have and helped my Dad co-sign my car loan. I was even able to save more money by showing my recent college diploma to get their college grad rebates! I went into Toyota looking for a decent used car and walked out with a new 2014 toyota corolla for almost the same cost, and no money down! Everyone at the deanship as extremely friendly and helpful and made our experience a great one. More
