Disappointed with response to need for emergency service Car would not start after driving away from home. Called for tow (AAA) told no loaners available for 3 days (!) offered shuttle. AAA technician discov Car would not start after driving away from home. Called for tow (AAA) told no loaners available for 3 days (!) offered shuttle. AAA technician discovered badly corroded battery contacts. There was not enough contact available to charge the battery. My vehicle had been serviced (oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, alignment, "safety check") 3 weeks ago. One of the service reps (Chris) told me that the battery connections 'should have been checked as part of the safety check when serviced'; the other one (Vanessa) said, "we don't routinely do that"!. Vanessa told me that there was no sign of corrosion and that everything tested fine - ignoring the fact that the AAA technician had cleaned all of the corrosion off the battery posts less than an hour before! I am deeply disappointed that driver safety is seemingly of so little concern to the Service Department at Courtesy Acura. I was fortunate that I was stranded in a safe place in broad daylight. More

Amazing service service department! I am so impressed with the service department at Courtesy Acura, I have bought 3 cars through them and survice my current Acura TL and MDX there. My I am so impressed with the service department at Courtesy Acura, I have bought 3 cars through them and survice my current Acura TL and MDX there. My MDX was having some issues and I was in Northern Wyoming, over 500 miles away. They immediately went above and beyond, had a loaner car delivered to my location and picked up my car. This was a pleasant surprise and not something expected. I will continue to purchase cars through this dealership as well as have my car serviced through them. I highly recommend them. More
