I am a first time MARTIN HONDA car buyer and my experience at this dealership was awesome. From the moment I stepped onto the lot everyone was very helpful especially Vernon, the car salesman. Vernon McCloud made my experience positive. I did not feel pressured like I did at some competitors. We decided to look at a Honda SUV for a new vehicle purchase and we’re impressed, not only by the vehicles, but by Vernon our Honda associate. He was polite, informative and knowledgeable. Vernon was amazing! He was very helpful and put all the worries that come with purchasing a new car at ease. I would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car as he was patient and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. As far as the dealership goes, I will say I was not happy about the market fee due to the car shortage. Also, the girl that tried to sell the warranty packages for the car gave some attitude when declined - a good bit of pushback and less friendly after declining. They packages sounded great but unfortunately I couldn’t afford them due to price of car and that market fee!! More

Manuel Mateo was excellent. He exceeded my expectations. All of the staff was very friendly. I felt like they cared. We have always had excellent care and service from Honda. We have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda since 1987. Bruce Blake was an outstanding rep to work with. And we miss him. That being said, Mark Tribua We have purchased 5 vehicles from Honda since 1987. Bruce Blake was an outstanding rep to work with. And we miss him. That being said, Mark Tribuani seems to be following in his shoes. I know whenever I have an issue with anything (as Mark told me) I am to contact him and he will make things right. I look forward to more pleasant experiences using my Honda and working with the staff. Including John Bosch in the service department. More
