I would like to take the time to thank the team at Toyota of Scranton. They went above and beyond my expectations in making my very first purchase of a vehicle at an actual dealership an amazing and positive of Scranton. They went above and beyond my expectations in making my very first purchase of a vehicle at an actual dealership an amazing and positive experience. Corey Boynton in sales was such a pleasure to deal with; he was professional and attentive, and the least pressuring salesperson I’ve ever dealt with. This was such a huge plus, as I was expecting the stereotypical salesman approach. Corey used none of the negative sales approaches I’ve experienced at other dealerships in my search for a new vehicle. There was zero pressure from him, or the entire sales team. I would also like to thank James Brown and the service team at Toyota of Scranton. They ensured my (very slightly) used car was showroom presentable, inside and out. They made sure I was completely happy before I drove away with the vehicle. Their attention to detail has this car looking pristine! From the most important aspect of the sale, to the most minute details, Toyota of Scranton met, and exceeded, all of my expectations. I can honestly say, with great confidence, that you will experience the same level of happiness and satisfaction when purchasing a vehicle from them and their entire team. More

I would like to thank a service technician James Brown for his above the usual customer service response. James gave me his personal cell phone number and said it would be ok to call him directly if pro for his above the usual customer service response. James gave me his personal cell phone number and said it would be ok to call him directly if problem persisted. He is polite, smiles, maintains eye contact and is wholeheartedly sincere in interactions. I am happy to have met James and comfortable calling or speaking about any issues that may happen in the future. I really like this dealership and feel it's worth the extra cash due to its customer service. More

Auto butler service I am stuck with their auto butler service which is worst service at always. It doesn't seems at all that they have done anything on my car besides washing from outside.. More
