I deeply regret to hear about your recent service experience that fell short of your expectations. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we are grateful that you brought this matter to our attention. We try to have the majority of tools on hand needed to accomplish the majority of maintenance repair tasks requested and needed from our vast customer base. Unfortunately, there are over 60 car brands in the US, it is impossible to have all tools needed to repair them all. With that said, we are currently investigating the specific required tools needed to assist our technicians with diagnosing and repairing General Motors tire pressure monitoring systems. In the meantime, the Extended Warranty purchased is eligible to be used at any Certified Repair Facility. I would be happy to personally assist you with finding repair facility to accommodate you for your current repair needs. Please reach out to me directly at your convenience.
