purchasing a new car has been something i’ve been planning on doing for a while now, i just recently tuned 21 and have had my car for 5 years and was looking to upgrade. something happened unexpected planning on doing for a while now, i just recently tuned 21 and have had my car for 5 years and was looking to upgrade. something happened unexpectedly that had me needing to go to a dealership sooner than expected and after one short text to ken he was already telling us to come on down to the dealership and after taking a look at my car for a trade-in i was given unexpected news that could’ve changed whether or not i would be able to leave with a car that week. ken assured me that he would take care of me while i was there and get me back on the road in a safe new vehicle that would check off all of my boxes. ken was very nice, friendly, and detailed in his service. he gave me suggestions and answered all of my questions. as a first time buyer is it nerve wracking to go through this process and ken made it smooth and problem free, i felt encouraged and confident in my decision without feeling pressured. i and soooooooo obsessed, in love, and happy with my new car!! i would 100% purchase another vehicle from ken and would recommend him to any friend or family interested in a purchasing a new vehicle with an excellent experience as well! thank you so much!!! I didn't like how financing was moving numbers around because the math wasn't mathing. We had to call them out and we shouldn't have to that in a dealership. We did, however, get multiple calls and texts for this survey. Loius was nice but he kept changing the subject whenever we would try to get direct answers. More
