Marcus, I do apologize for the time it took to respond due to life threatening family issues. That is the reason I had my service Advisor get your car back in and replace the tire monitor systems, which I agree one of the new ones we installed was also bad and had to be done twice, My apologies. As to the new brakes and pads that we installed, we did replace them with new aftermarket rotors and pads before you had inquired on the vehicle. We were assured and have double checked that they are ok to use. I would be more concerned that the place you use and trust for your service is suggesting the things they are and told you that you needed a oil change only after we just changed the oil with the correct recommended oil and filters

The aftermarket pads and rotors were the source of incessant high pitched squealing every time I came to a stop, or used the brakes in city traffic. Therefore I had to spend $1350 having an experienced Lexus mechanic install OEM pads, rotors and shims. This was an absolute MUST to make the car reasonably drivable. Now the squeaking is completely gone. You guys simply blew it by putting aftermarket brakes on an F Sport Lexus Luxury Sedan. I’m sure you don’t put aftermarket rotors and pads around on high performance trade-in Volkswagens before reselling them. Right.? Your inspection also failed to catch that the ball joints and bushings were cracked and worn. Fortunately the warranty I purchased from you covered the $2,400 in parts and labor for ball joints, bushings, and front lower control arms that Lexus no longer offers separately from the bushings that were cracked ($2,400 is what I paid for the warranty so the warranty has already paid for itself). As for the oil change, I chose to do that because I wasn’t confident that your mechanics put the right oil in the car either, for $95 this was an easy decision. For all I know they used non-synthetic oil, the wrong viscosity, and maybe a cheap aftermarket oil filter. My biggest issue with Garden Grove Volkswagen is this: At the time of purchase I was assured by you personally that you would stand behind the car if anything went wrong soon after I bought it. You even gave me anecdotes of other buyers who had major failures soon after purchase who you then took care of. But instead of doing what you told me you would do, a month later when I had to physically drive to your office to get you to speak with me, you told me you only made $750 on the sale and you could not do a think to help me. So you went back on your word, explained to me that your were back home in Tennessee dealing with a family emergency, and could not respond to my emails or phone calls for three weeks. As if there was nobody else who you could have forwarded my emails to, and directed them to put in the right brakes. The truth is that many other customers of yours have posted similar disappointments. The other truth is that when you use aftermarket parts, and incorrect sized aftermarket air filters to save few bucks you run the risk of having this happen to your customer. Altogether, my Lexus needed $4,500 worth of parts and labor to be properly sorted out. Reviews like this one are likely to make people think twice about buying from you. Is it really worth it?

Mr. Darin, As when you were here, we agree that the window sticker plainly reads as per the copy on our website that the car has (Panoramic Roof with Projected Polestar Symbol) We did notify polestar and have corrected our site under descriptions but cannot change Polestars mistake on their Window Sticker.
