We knew exactly what we wanted, and he did not try to pressure or upsell us or talk us out of what we were looking for. Overall, it was a great experience. We will return to this dealership when we are ready to buy our next truck. Miguel and everyone we spoke with were nice, attentive, and very personable. That makes a huge difference for us: we don't like to go into places that feel uptight.
