So I’m still really irritated with the quality of the service that we received. First, I made a deal before we arrived and drove to San Antonio, a four hour drive away thinking it was going to be a quick service that we received. When we got there, they misplaced the keys which took forever to find it, the vehicle wasn’t ready, and we still had to drive four hours back to our city. Second, according to the CARFAX, it states that y’all replaced the washer fluid pump with the reconditioning, which was by the way 2000 dollars. Well, when we got back to Harlingen and checked under the hood, the washer fluid pump wasn’t installed at all. It was there but it wasn’t functional at all. So we received a Samual the following day asking if we made it home all right and asked if we liked the car. We did liked the car except for the fact that it had hail damage on the hood that wasn’t reported and the fact that the washer fluid didn’t work because it wasn’t properly installed. He stated, “oh just take it to Toyota and they’ll install it for you”. So that’s what we did and according to Toyota, it’s going to be $250 to get it installed and working again. So yall charged me a reconditioning fee of $2k and the car fax clearly mentions that yall replaced the washer fluid pump, when you literally just put one in without attaching it and they we have to pay $250 to attach it. Thats crazy and unethical. More

I purchased a jeep 10 years ago and was pleased. Needed a new vehicle now, they still were wonderful to work with. Ignacio was superb. Automobiles have changed a lot. I’ve purchased two vehicles from this dealership in the past and never had any issues, but this most recent experience was completely different. The salesman was great, friendly, helpful, and professional. No complaints there. The managers worked hard to make the deal happen, and I appreciate that. However, even considering it wasn’t the easiest deal, spending over six hours at the dealership felt excessive. My previous two purchases with them were wrapped up in half that time, so this process just felt unnecessarily slow and drawn out. Unfortunately, the finance manager, Shady Diab, ruined the overall experience. He became visibly upset when I declined to purchase their overpriced GAP insurance and extended warranties, even raising his voice and talking down to me. That behavior was uncalled for and very unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I left the dealership, the thumb drive with my paperwork wasn’t included in the packet, and I had to return two days later to get it. Overall, I would still recommend this dealership based on my past experiences and the professionalism of the sales team, but I would strongly suggest avoiding any interaction with Shady Diab in the finance office. More
