I paid over $200 for a diagnostic test to be told my battery cables were loose. The man checking in folks at the front test said to check my oil because it sounded like an oil problem… the very next wee battery cables were loose. I would say I paid for a half-a$$ diagnosis to say the least. More

Palmer service tax did a great job preparing my 2021 Ram Limited which had a electrical issue. I also found a leaky oil gasket pan and fixed it under warranty. The truck was ready and fueled but I would have liked the guys to go over some of the dually stuff with me before I left. The head unit needs an update that could have done that at the dealership.
