He sent someone else to get my signature on paperwork. I was told it would be 2 hours for oil change (ridiculous) even though I had appointment. After 2.5 hours I had to go ask if my car was ready. Check-in made easy and Tire specialist explained the wisdom of purchasing 4 new tires. Andrew was very helpful after I checked in, getting me an Uber home, staying in touch about progress of tire replac wisdom of purchasing 4 new tires.
