I have had my vehicle here for multiple services that have needed corrected, since purchase. Two issues are still not corrected and the other two were completely brushed off. One concern was with a grind have needed corrected, since purchase. Two issues are still not corrected and the other two were completely brushed off. Where should I start. . 1. My car was number 0248 I pulled up the lady takes a device into my car and open my hood up. Tells me that my battery voltage was low. 2.After s . 1. Tells me that my battery voltage was low. 2.After sitting for 3 hours for a oil change, I had to ask about my car and the manager told me ask the lady and she went to the service where they was handling the task of changing my oil. 3. She comes back and tells me that my car cut off in the middle of the wash and had to jump my car trying to get me to buy a new battery. 4. The lady tells me since I dont want a new battery they will jump my car so it will start for me to leave. 5. When I went to the lady desk to get keys back, she proceeded to slam another person keys on her desk toward me , knowing that my keys was at the edge of her desk I gently grab my keys amd took tag 0248 off my key ring and hand the tag to her ( Hand to hand). 6. Upon leaving the dealership, my car started to smoke and I returned taking a video of it smoking un tje parking lot. 7. Went to the Service manager, showed him the video and he got the service tech that worked on my car. Notice that the manager only time moving away from his desk. 8. I proceeded to find someone to make a complaint with this experience and they said the person you need to talk to is not here and they gave me a card. 9. When I went back to the front ,the lady tells me that the tech told her that he hit my keys with his knee and that was the reason why my car cut off.. I have been a four time customer with McCuskey and was my treatment was far below that I have experienced in the past. I wanted to request my money back but I think I would rather not return to avoid treatment like that again Thanks for sending this to make you aware of how bad I was treated. More
