Did not get a call back when my vehicle was complete as I requested. Dropped off before 10am which I was scheduled for new tires and an alignment. Checked later that afternoon about 3pm and I was told they were taking it off the rack now and it would be ready in about 20 minutes but never received a call . When I called later the service was already closed . Then I called at 10 am the next day and they said yes it is ready. I ask why I did not receive a call and they couldn't tell me why and apologized. Then after I picked up my truck I seen that someone with muddy feet had gotten in and out of my truck. I had an appointment or I would have went back in to bring it to somebody's attention. It was not the way it was when I dropped it off. Work that was done seems to done correctly. More

Called service about a dead battery in my truck. It was a Motor craft battery I had bought at a different dealer. I talked to Doug on the phone and he verified if I could just bring in the battery It was a Motor craft battery I had bought at a different dealer. The service and communication were below standard expectations. The lack of diligence and urgency was unacceptable.
