Our car had been towed after the accident to Rockaway, NJ. After contacting my insurance company and putting them in touch with Benzel Busch, the Benzel Busch team took it from there; towing, estimating the repair, dealing with the insurance company, making the repairs, and making sure it all went well. I was kept in contact all doing the repair process by the reps in the collision department. With the damage in excess of $9000, when we picked up the car it was perfect! Not a scratch was visible. Thank you so much for handling this so well, when obviously, we were distressed! More
