First place you need to try! It started a few weeks ago when I decided to start lookin for another car. Being on a budget a lot of dealerships won't work with you. So I seen KIA on TV and decided to look at website. I asked questions through chat , which is how I met the manager ( found that out later). Matt was very nice , non pushy and took time to explain stuff to me, and was will in to work within my budget. When I decided to go look , I met a woman named Faithlynn. After talking to her for a few minutes, I knew this was the right place to buy my car. Matt and Faith were both very helpful, went out of their way to make me Happy . they listened to me first and let me ask my tons of questions lol. They were also very honest people. I didnt feel like they were trying to scam me at all. After comparing a few vechicles , test driving, and reviewing it all again in the finace office ( alan was very patient!!) I walked away with my new ( but pre owned KIA and I couldn't be happier. This place , defiantly Faith( sales person) and matt ( manager)are both highly recommend. More

Honest and easy I had been shopping for a car for about two months and had been to 5 dealers in Maryland/Virginia. I made a phone call to Buchanan Kia and Rebecca told me the out the door price. I drove 2.5hrs to the dealership. The car and the price were everything Rebecca had told me over the phone. In and out with my car faster then it took me to drive to the dealer ship. Great experience. Definitely recommend!!!!! More
