Oil change prices I just moved to elk River a year ago and switched to cornerstone for the service of my truck and SUV. My initial oil change was expensive so I began going back to buffalo at Ryan Chrysler Dodge. I called a couple months ago and they said they began buying the 0-40 in bulk and oil changes at cornerstone would now be around 70 bucks, so I started going back only to find out today that they stopped buying bulk on a very common oil and in turn charged 125.00 for the same oil change. Why would you stop buying in bulk? Why would you not inform your customers? I guess I will continue purchasing and servicing in Buffalo. More

He said they had to pull the Techs that were suppose to be working oil changes for some tire changes that were scheduled later in the morning. Why advertise Quicklane when its not very quick. Slick Rocky Came to look at used cars after many invites from Rocky foster. I just had a bankruptcy discharged a couple months earlier and Rocky specializes in folks who were looking to purchase a car to help them with their credit. I said no more than 12,000 dollars. He suckered me into a 16,000 car. Only I didn't know it till it was too late. Rocky Foster is nothing but a sweet talking man. He'll even tell you your birthday is on the same day as his. He'll tell you that you look good in the car he picked out for you and that you deserve such a car with all those bells and whistles. The thing about Rocky is that he doesn't go over the loan. He lets you go on thinking you're buying a 12 thousand dollar car when it's really a 16 thousand dollar car. I think Rocky Foster is a very slick salesman who could care less about your credit and only about his bottom dollar. Fine way for a dealership to treat you especially when they claim to all be Christians and display verses from scripture prominently throughout the dealership. I would never recommend Rocky Foster. More

Cons. Well 3 times in the last year they screwed me. 1st. Brought my truck in for warranty work they said it was covered. My transmission was not shifti Well 3 times in the last year they screwed me. 1st. Brought my truck in for warranty work they said it was covered. My transmission was not shifting right. Picked my truck up went home . Was at home 30 min came out side and big puddle under bumper. Brought it in and they said tranny Line was broken at the radiator. They just worked on it but I had to pay for it? 2nd Had a weird grinding noise. Brought in . Said my caliper stuck.and it's covered under warranty. But when I picked it up they replaced all brakes and turned all the Rogers. I ended up paying over 500.00 . 3rd I went in for a oile change. Guy showed me the bill & told me it was 222.00. I gave him my card he walked away to run it. Came back with a new bill and my card ran for 303.00. I asked him why it jumped so much and he just said that's how much it is. Told him you told me and showed me a price then you screw me. I will never go there again. More
