Unprofessional, incompetent. Took over 6 weeks to schedule appointment. Getting rental car took 40 min. 1 day job turned into 4 day job. No information from service rep. even afte Took over 6 weeks to schedule appointment. Getting rental car took 40 min. 1 day job turned into 4 day job. No information from service rep. even after trying to connect twice. The Maintenance technician abandoned work half finished. Maintenance manager never followed up on complaints of this disasterous, incompetent and unprofessional service. It is unfortunate that I can not give a zero star rating. Nothing positive to report. Great service visit Brought in my A4 for a small recall service and covered 10k service. Really efficient in getting me in and out with a loaner. Pick up later was great Brought in my A4 for a small recall service and covered 10k service. Really efficient in getting me in and out with a loaner. Pick up later was great as I went through the sales side and someone walked me back to my service advisor to go through my car. They now email a service report which I prefer over the printouts. Happy with my service. More

Regular service in a rush I discovered that I needed to fly to the east coast on the same day that I had a regularly scheduled service appointment for my A5. I arrived at the s I discovered that I needed to fly to the east coast on the same day that I had a regularly scheduled service appointment for my A5. I arrived at the service doors first thing in the morning and Jesus promised he would have me out in time for my noon flight to DC (last one). In spite of the bulge of early morning arrivals at the service center, he did as he promised. I parked at SFO and leisurely made my way to the gate for my flight. Well done. More

Poor customer service. I've brought my vehicle here many times before and overall had positive experiences. However, after my recent 45k service I won't be considering Audi I've brought my vehicle here many times before and overall had positive experiences. However, after my recent 45k service I won't be considering Audi of Palo Alto again even though I live nearby. 1. My car spent almost two weeks in service and eventually I ended up taking it elsewhere to finish up the service. 2. During the whole time I’ve been contacted only once with no further follow up on progress status. 3. I was told some of the parts needed replacement, but when I brought my vehicle elsewhere they didn’t find any issues in those areas. My biggest frustration about my most recent visit is the fact that 45k service was performed what looks like on the same day I dropped of my vehicle. But, because of poor communication I ended up waiting for “results” for almost two weeks because an employee ordered parts I never requested and parts that didn’t need replacement. Based on how communication was conducted I don’t even know if 45k service was completed properly. More
