However once I was helped, I was impressed by the service provided. The vehicle was in for routine maintenance but I asked about getting recall repairs if the parts were available. A few minutes later the representative came back and confirmed that the parts were available and if I would be willing to add about 20 minutes to the wait time, they could do it today. Perfect! Kept me from having to return another day to have the recall work done. Another representative came in to give me the status of where my car was in the cue and when she left for lunch, she assured me that Brian would assist me if the vehicle was ready before she returned. Now that's great service! All three were professional, friendly and welcoming and the service experience was seamless between all three. More

First class with a customer focus. I stopped by to test drive a used Porsche and ended up in negotiations to purchase. It was not a main car for me, so I had a firm number in mind. My salesman, Greg Gleeson, was excellent to work with from the start until we were able to close the deal. Most importantly, Greg, with assistance from Chuck, was able to keep the negotiation process to a minimum amount of time. I was not a first time customer and I felt like they took that into consideration and it made getting the deal done feel easy as well. Then they tried to charge me even though it is was prepaid went I purchased the vehicle. If I buy another Mercedes, it will be from a different dealer More
