Edit to yassss I first inquired about this car first thing in the morning, the receptionist was very nice and checked to see if the car was available. It was! She said it was being serviced currently and gave me an estimated time. I called back around that time to make sure and she was able to give me a better time. I came up, was greeted outside by my salesman! I was able to look at the car while they finished up with it, we went inside and did the paperwork, did the test drive, and they even gave the car a wash and detail before I took it home! I was only there for a couple hours. Very fast and friendly. They offered me snacks and coffee for my wait. Will definitely come back in the future when I’m ready for a new car! More

He offered suggestions on accessories that I could find useful in a vehicle and we found a car that I really liked. We then sat down and talked about financing the car which he told me wouldn't be a problem. He took down all my information and came back shortly with the information that I was approved. I was so excited about this since this was my first time purchasing a car. We then completed this process by signing my agreement and James had my car cleaned. I never thought that I would be walking out of the dealership the same day with a new car but that is how it happened.
