Because they sell 400+ cars per month and specialize in BMW/Benz the staff was extremely knowledgeable on both and able to answer all of my questions/concerns. They gave me a very fair price for my trade (double what 2 other dealerships had offered) and all of the paperwork was smooth and easy.
