Hello? Anybody there? When will my vehicle be ready?” Took Explorer in on Monday for service at 10 on Tuesday. Recall, brakes grinding, airbag light on and regular maintenance not done last time. Started Took Explorer in on Monday for service at 10 on Tuesday. Recall, brakes grinding, airbag light on and regular maintenance not done last time. Started leaving messages on Tuesday late. No word until Thursday. Confusion over brake problem. Called Friday and talked to someone who was going to check since Billy was already gone. Had left him another message. On Saturday late morning got in car and literally drove there to get status on vehicle. Ended up meeting with Dee and from that point on things got moving. Picked up car on Monday. But after recall done nothing was done on Wednesday at all. Totally unacceptable. More

I had a higher opinion of this dealership until this last purchase. I was called about a used Explorer that matched what my wife was looking for. During a follow up call by our salesman I had told him we would be in the market for a certain vehicle. We drove it and began to negotiate the deal. The salesman did his job the best he could and has always worked hard to get the deals done. When we dealt with the used car sales mgr he played the game of back and forth. We are cash buyers and they know that being the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them. They quoted a price on paper, that I countered with what i was willing to pay. We were 750.00 difference. When I left they told me that was for that night only, in an effort to pressure me into buying at 9pm at night. Thursday my salesman was off. Friday i agreed to pay their price from Wednesday night. They went up on the price that they put on paper in their third offer. I backed out telling them they were not being ethical in their pricing. Their excuse was they were quoting that because they could sell the car before their boss found out and they would hit a goal for that day. My main issue is with them not honoring the price they put on paper in the offer that was not the this night only price. I did not do the deal with them. My wife negotiated a deal with them that I DO NOT think was ethically or morally right on their part. Since she wanted the car I supported her. However, it will be the last car we purchased from Don Davis. More
Dream car Larry sold me my dream car last month. He made it so easy and quick. They gave me a good offer on my trade. I was in and out in no time. Larry gave me Larry sold me my dream car last month. He made it so easy and quick. They gave me a good offer on my trade. I was in and out in no time. Larry gave me a great price on my new car without having to haggle. He didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I will go back there the next time we buy a car. He was recommended to me by a friend and I’ve already given his name to several people. It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a new car. More

Im a poor to middle class house hould and was able to buy a new car. I purchased a Ford Fucus hoping to have a reliable vehicle and not have engine or transmission problems. It really upsets me when within 5 a new car. I purchased a Ford Fucus hoping to have a reliable vehicle and not have engine or transmission problems. It really upsets me when within 58,000 miles I've had two major transmission problems and it really upsets me when I bought the car I called and brought it in and you kerp telling me everything was ok even though my car was jerking and hurting my neck. It was before and still now hard to get someone to return a call enen when I left several messages. I cannot afford major car issues and I should not have to deal with this issue anymore. I do not feel safe and im always worried when it will happened again. I know the dealership didnt make my car but they did lie several times knowing the transmission had issues and shouldn't have sold me that car. My car did get repaired but im sure it will be there again soon. No matter how I put it I was ripped off and I was sold a lemon and the poor person me is the one suffering! 7/11/19: According to internal documents, as reported today by the Detroit Free Press, Ford knew of the PowerShift transmission's inherent problems before production started but went ahead with it, telling dealers "to tell customers that the cars operated normally" when it knew they were problematic. The paper published an email sent in August 2010 by a product development engineer to his supervisors and colleagues in which he said that testers could not "achieve a drivable calibration that will get us to production. The clutch torque delivery MUST BE IMPROVED!" That was six months before the 2012 Focus went on the market, the paper noted. More

TOO SLOW and bad communication I took it in thinking it was possibly the struts or a tire because of a howling noise. I was later told instead it needed an alignment. So my husban I took it in thinking it was possibly the struts or a tire because of a howling noise. I was later told instead it needed an alignment. So my husband and I go to kill some time thinking they were going to go ahad and do the alignment and about 3 hours later Jonathan calls and says it is not under warranty but that he made many calls to try to find a way to get it covered so we wouldn't have to pay (which I find hard to believe; it is either covered or not). So after informing us it would be $99 we then asked how long it would take. His reply was that it was already in the bay and it would take from 15 minutes to an hour so we said okay. Almost 3 hours later I got to leave and until I open it up on the highway I don't know that it is fixed yet. Also, Jonathan said he had tried to find coupons to help lower our cost, which I also find difficult to believe. My whole complaint is to be informed immediately that it was not under warranty and then we would have had the option to just leave and get it fixed somewhere much closer to home. I have had 2 oil changes there also. Your service is entirely TOO SLOW. Also when I went to checkout it was not the price quoted but I got that taken care of. I really do not think a car under 36,000 K should need an alignment. We will not be back UNLESS something has to be fixed that is under warranty More
Recall work on Ford Explorer Scheduled appointment and Service was on time and called when repair was done. They could have run the car through the car wash. Possible damaged skirts Got my car back Friday and didn’t pay to much attention to the car. Went to be grocery store on Sunday and noticed the skirts on both sides of the car Got my car back Friday and didn’t pay to much attention to the car. Went to be grocery store on Sunday and noticed the skirts on both sides of the car by the rear and falling off. I only noticed it because I went to get something in the passenger side and noticed it falling off and checked the driver side and saw it had also become loose. So I’d like to know what happened to my car at the dealership since the only place I’ve been between getting the car Friday was work and the store. More
