I first wanted to mention the help I received from my sales associate. Johann was very knowledgeable in regard to the vehicle I came in for. He found the vehicle I asked about, and very professionally answered any questions I had regarding it and showed me how to operate all the functions regarding the infotainment center (I.e. Apple CarPlay etc.). He was not only friendly, but he made the experience with this dealership a comfortable one. I knew what I wanted, and because of that and the professionalism of the managing sales office, I was there for only about an hour. I wanted to thank 1st Honda and all those involved with the delivery of my new Accord.
