"Same day appointment, quick and on my way"

It was an unexpected problem and I got a short notice appointment. Time to replace warranty battery was reasonably quick and I was back on the road later in the day.

From the minute I walked into the clean and well-organized office, I felt I was in a good place. Jacob greeted me promptly and got the service procedure started, He also arranged for the shuttle to my office and it arrived promptly. I've been taking my new 2005 Pilot to the service department of the First Honda dealership I purchased it at loyally for the entire nearly 270,000 miles. And I plan to do so regularly until I reach my goal of 500,000 miles. The service desk staff is the best, especially Brad who not only recognizes me by sight (though I come in only four times a year) but is genuinely interested in making sure my car will reach my goal. Note that after these 13 years, I have never had to spend more than a thousand dollars on a visit. I love my car, and the care they put into it.

"quick, personal service"

Took 2016 Accord Touring Edition in for 42,000 service and battery recall service. Jacob gave me a 4 hour completion window. Work was finished in 2.5 hours - and the car was washed. Detailed checklist showed "all green" - nothing needing attention, not tires, brake pads, belts. I did get the windshield wipers replaced - cheaper than buying them from an auto parts store.

This service was for a recall notice. I had it on my list of appointments to make but hadn’t called yet. First Honda called me to set up an appointment! I was shocked that a company would take that kind of interest in their customers these days! The work was done quickly and my service advisor Robert Rabel was both courteous and efficient!

It's easy. I made an appointment, when I walk in the door I am immediately helped. I get an email that says if I need anything while I am waiting to ask. Service took the amount of time they said it would take and my car was cleaned in addition. This is ALWAYS how my experience is when I come here that is why I come from Agoura Hills.
