I've been taking my new 2005 Pilot to the service department of the First Honda dealership I purchased it at loyally for the entire nearly 270,000 miles. And I plan to do so regularly until I reach my goal of 500,000 miles. The service desk staff is the best, especially Brad who not only recognizes me by sight (though I come in only four times a year) but is genuinely interested in making sure my car will reach my goal. Note that after these 13 years, I have never had to spend more than a thousand dollars on a visit. I love my car, and the care they put into it.
