Overall great experience except the phone app experience. Not sure where the main issue lies but I believe it's from Mazda corp so nothing wrong with the dealership but the corp (app) of it. This was my second time leasing a car with 495 Mazda and it was another smooth experience! My original salesman Al was out so Dominic stepped in and was great as well. I inquired about leasing a new vehicle it was another smooth experience! My original salesman Al was out so Dominic stepped in and was great as well. I inquired about leasing a new vehicle on Friday and by Sunday I had an appointment scheduled and signed within about an hour. Picked up my new car the following Tuesday without having to lift a finger. Their service is great, not salesy, and the offer great rates and have a lot of inventory. Highly recommend! I choose to drive to this Mazda dealership (40 minutes) instead of the one in my town because it is that much of a better experience. Thanks again Dom, Al, and the 495 team! More
