Overall great experience except the phone app experience. Not sure where the main issue lies but I believe it's from Mazda corp so nothing wrong with the dealership but the corp (app) of it. They were not able to set up my app multiple times which was frustrating but I believe it's not their fault but the Mazda corp server. I now have to go back on my third attempt at some point which is so inconvenient. More

This was my second time leasing a car with 495 Mazda and it was another smooth experience! My original salesman Al was out so Dominic stepped in and was great as well. I inquired about leasing a new vehicle it was another smooth experience! My original salesman Al was out so Dominic stepped in and was great as well. I inquired about leasing a new vehicle on Friday and by Sunday I had an appointment scheduled and signed within about an hour. Picked up my new car the following Tuesday without having to lift a finger. Their service is great, not salesy, and the offer great rates and have a lot of inventory. Highly recommend! I choose to drive to this Mazda dealership (40 minutes) instead of the one in my town because it is that much of a better experience. Thanks again Dom, Al, and the 495 team! More
