We love this dealership. Bought car from Kristen Murphy 3 years ago. Recently brought it in for routine oil change and recommended service as the dashboard reminder popped up every day flashing in an annoying way. Natasha checked us in with a smile and Neeley cashed us out with great energy. But as we drove off that annoying reminder was flashing at us so we had to turn around and have it reset. Only complaint we ever had coming here which is 30 miles away from home as we have other dealers closer but reviews not so good. Otherwise this visit was 5 out of 5 stars. More

$375 for diagnostic charges, seriously? Mazda being such a great car company and so reliable, I wish this dealership also charged their customers reasonably.
