While my original problem ( breaks pulsation) was addressed, last repair introduced additional problem (strong noise when I am driving forward) . I called the service rep to explain the situation how addressed, last repair introduced additional problem (strong noise when I am driving forward) . I called the service rep to explain the situation however rep just stated that I should of replaced both breaks and next appointment 2 weeks away. Going to the Mazda dealership I expect company to stand by its repair. I did few repairs at Mazda 495 before but last experience was really frustrating. Going forward I will be taking my business somewhere else. More

Overall, great experience working with Phil to dial in a deal. While it wasn't the greatest deal of all time, was able to work transparently with Phil who was willing to give me a decent break on a new leas deal.
