I was told work would take about 1 hour and it took almost 2 hours it was changing some bulbs Plus I was going to have state inspection done. When they did preinspection they told me there was an issu almost 2 hours it was changing some bulbs Plus I was going to have state inspection done. When they did preinspection they told me there was an issue with a tire. Yet that issue had been there for two years and recently they had rotated the tires and told me that it was not really a safety issue. NOw they wanted me to spend over $200 on a new tire. I brought care to another inspection station and it was not an issue. I felt a little like a bait and switch happened. I am seriously considering not getting my work done there again as I am not sure I can trust what they have to say. More

I walked in, having already gone for a test drive for the car I wanted at another dealership, and I discovered that the car I was interested in was currently on display in the showroom. The Salesman I dealt car I wanted at another dealership, and I discovered that the car I was interested in was currently on display in the showroom. The Salesman I dealt with, Albert, was incredibly helpful and relaxed. He got the car moved out of the showroom so I could give it a quick test drive to make sure it was fine, and he answered every question I had. The deal I was given was fair, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Love my new car!!! More
