We're very sorry for the frustration you experienced. Being without your vehicle for over a week is difficult enough, but not receiving updates or clear explanations about the repairs only makes it worse. We understand your disappointment regarding the loaner vehicle as well. We genuinely want the opportunity to make this right. Please contact our Service Manager, Justin Edwards, at justin@94nissan.com, or me directly at liz@94nissan.com. We'd like to personally review what happened, answer your unanswered questions, and work with you toward a fair resolution. Your concerns deserve our attention, and we hope you'll give us the opportunity to restore your confidence in our dealership. 💙 Regards, Liz Sappenfield 94 Nissan of South Holland liz@94nissan.com
