Ripoff They tried to charge me to do a recall, I dobt think they repaired the recall, even though they gave me an invoice saying they did. While waiting for my car at the dealership, I was told I needed to replace my spark plugs which were done less than 6 months ago along with I needed a four wheel alignment which also was done less than 6 mo needed to replace my spark plugs which were done less than 6 months ago along with I needed a four wheel alignment which also was done less than 6 months ago also. I refused those two services, respectively. Lastly, I made an appointment for 1:00PM on Friday March 13. My car wasn't ready so I was given a loaner 3-4 hours later. I asked when will my car be ready. I was told Saturday March 14 and I would receive a call. The call never came. I called only to be told the mechanic that worked on my car didn't come in and wouldn't be available to finish my car until Tuesday cause he/she was off Monday also. I left my work bag in my car cause I was told it would be ready the next day. So I had leave my house Saturday to grab my work bag out of my car. While I appreciate the loaner car, it's crazy my car wasn't ready until Tuesday for a thermostat replacement! This situation was totally unexpected and unacceptable. More
I bought a used car from 94 Nissan a little over a year ago, and by some unfortunate circumstances there was some major issues with the title transfer. The GREAT people at 94 Nissan (Zach, Tina, and Tim) a ago, and by some unfortunate circumstances there was some major issues with the title transfer. The GREAT people at 94 Nissan (Zach, Tina, and Tim) as well as JoAnn, worked for months with the Secretary of State to resolve the issue. Unfortunately it was to no avail, but they didn’t stop there. Zach & Tim went above and beyond to rectify the situation. They helped me find another vehicle comparable to the original one I purchased, and they allowed me to trade the other one in to avoid going through any more pain & suffering 😂 dealing with the state. And then Tina made sure that everything on the new car was up to standards, and when there was an issue with the battery, she had it replaced. I am OVERJOYED & EXTREMELY THANKFUL for the Team at 94 Nissan, and look forward to buying more cars from them in the future. So Thanks again, God Bless you all, and keep up the GREAT work. P.S.
