2005 Nissan Murano Had a good over all experience. Unfortunately the day I was there to pick up my car (after already test driving and putting down the deposit) and sign Had a good over all experience. G.Foody Excellent Customer Service At first I came to this dealership reluctantly, my son found this wholesale car dealership via Guru.. I'm old school so I came with him so he wouldn't get scammed. OMG was I wrong. The sales person that helped us George Foody, was patience, knowledgeable, and friendly. He did not sugar coat anything I had to ask. And I asked questions... We left that day with no car he did say the car had not been inspected for damages yet and her was up-front about it. We came back the following Weekend, and with Mr. Foody's patience and wit, we were able to go back to NY with my sons car. I honestly will recommend "A Better Way Wholesale Autos" to anyone. I will be coming back with my niece and college nephew. Thank you More

Avoid at all costs Attempted to purchase a used truck on Friday May 8th. Truck was nice, it drove well, nothing wrong with it, looked like a good truck. We were informed Attempted to purchase a used truck on Friday May 8th. Truck was nice, it drove well, nothing wrong with it, looked like a good truck. We were informed that they were waiting for paperwork on the truck and that i would be a few days before I could have it. Told him that was no problem, but I needed the truck for Monday the 18th as that was when I started work. I was told that wouldn't be an issue, he said he was aiming for Monday or Tuesday, the 11th or 12th, and that I'd definitely have it before the 18th. The week of the 11th passes, no truck. Said he'd call me Sunday the 17th, no call. Finally got ahold of him on Monday and he said that on Wednesday, which is they day I'm writing this review, he was going to see the people and get the paperwork. When called today, he said that they didn't have it. At this point the deal was cancelled, as it has now been 12 days since the vehicle was purchased and I have had to pay to rent a car to get to and from work all week as they were to incompetent to complete their end of the deal. Fred lied to me directly on multiple occasions, was constantly dodging phone calls, and couldn't have been less helpful if he tried. I'd highly recommend avoiding A Better Way at all costs as I am not the only one that has had this type of experience with them, but if you absolutely must go there demand anyone other than Fred. More
