I came to the dealership intent on buying a different used vehicle and I left with a brand new Kia Soul. Not because I was convinced but because it was the best decision. The salesman who helped me, Mitchell, was very attentive, but the financing guy literally ripped me off. He was dishonest when he offered me a 5-year warranty and told me it would be $30 per month. He didn't but the financing guy literally ripped me off. He was dishonest when he offered me a 5-year warranty and told me it would be $30 per month. He didn't mention the total price and the interest included in my financing. The total price of the warranty is actually $4,000, which is only valid for 6 months. Luckily, I noticed the $4,000 increase in my financing and had time to cancel. More
