If you’re buying a used vehicle not manufactured by KIA please please please get another dealership to run a scan tool on it for trouble codes before signing anything. I had an evap system code throwing consecutive days after my purchase and before they ran emissions testing. Somehow it passed, but if it hadn’t I would have been stuck doing an exchange instead of full return... Keneil, in sales, was outstanding: responsive, kind, and patient. Good customer service overall.... Was very happy when I left the dealership, but after specifically stating that I do not want my credit ran multiple times (2 is ok) I discovered that my credit was actuall left the dealership, but after specifically stating that I do not want my credit ran multiple times (2 is ok) I discovered that my credit was actually ran 8 or 9 times and has caused my score to drop so not happy about that but Finance was contacted and they are in the process of correcting the issue. Hopefully it reflects sooner than later. More
