Quality of work was very poor. After alignment work was supposed to be done, the undercover of vehicle fell off while driving and found that it it was not secured back with screws. We contacted Eric and he told my wife that people make mistakes and tried to downplay it. She was out of town and felt insecure of whatever work was done but could not return to shop. Rear brake light was replaced but not installed fully and was still not working. Another dealership in Alabama had to assist and secured it properly. This is totally unacceptable. There should’ve been quality checks before letting vehicle leave. Smiles and all on the front end mean nothing if the work is poor. More
