Your service rep failed to properly document the problem I was having, even though I documented it accurately in your system upon first bringing you the car. You failed to address one problem, and misdiagno I was having, even though I documented it accurately in your system upon first bringing you the car. You failed to address one problem, and misdiagnosed another, stating the car's oil was low and thus the reason for the issue. The car subsequently had a recurrence of the same issue and left my family stranded in Atlanta. When I brought it to you again, you diagnosed it as having too much oil (several quarts over) and tried to return it to me still not having fixed anything. Additionally, an item you told me was fixed and working was neither, and I showed this to your service rep - the one who lied and told me it was fixed. Also the same one who, upon being made aware that the car had not been repaired, moved on to another client and left me standing in the heat in your garage and avoided interacting with me. This, by the way, was the point at which I stopped trying to be understanding. This is only scratching the surface. When I asked for an update of my car (STILL at your shop, for WEEKS now) all I received was a text telling me the loaner car agreement is now over, but ZERO update on the car. Note - your service manager agreed the car was misdiagnosed. There is far more that is problematic with this experience, and it has now been with you for multiple months. I have zero trust that when I receive the car back it will be fixed and am escalating the issue. More
Getting through the different ways of getting the car was pretty straightforward. I also liked the way they kept things pleasant and easygoing during our interaction. pretty straightforward. I also liked the way they kept things pleasant and easygoing during our interaction. More
This is a true, similar way of buying a car, an analytical way to get you approved, I'm so glad that I tried it and am pleased with this car dealership. Finding a dealer that pays attention to the smalls things isn't always easy. They took their time, answered my questions carefully, and made the whole process feel worthwhile from start to finish. isn't always easy. Jerome bigby was very professional and courtesy. I wished the manager had given me what my trade in was worth. Your dealership had brand new vehicle that was damaged and sent it to Rick Case kia, I wished the manager had given me what my trade in was worth. Your dealership had brand new vehicle that was damaged and sent it to Rick Case kia, which is where I bought the damaged vehicle without my knowledge of knowing it was damaged. I thought I was buying a brand new damaged free vehicle. I took the vehicle to you guys ALM kia south, wanting to trade the Telluride x-line ex for a Telluride hybrid for better gas mileage, only to find out from the printed carfax that it had been damaged in April. I bought this vehicle in June. It was sold to me for full price and it should have been sold to me for a lessor price to do it being damaged prior to me buying this vehicle. With this being said, I think you guys should my it right with me, buy compensating me for selling me a vehicle that had been damaged by wasn't disclosed to me prior to me purchasing it. You on gave me a trade in value of 41000 and I only had the vehicle for less than 2 months and my trade in value should have been much higher. I see you are selling the vehicle for 48000, I paid 51000 for it and should be compensated the difference which would be 3000. I hope to hear from someone who cares about their customers and is willing to make this right with me. More
