You can never get anyone to answer the phone when you need them. I purchased a brand new vehicle from this dealership two months ago and currently only have 2,400 miles on it. According to the owner’s manual, the service interval is 8,000 miles or 12 months. Despite that, my service light has already come on. I contacted the dealership because if I buy a brand new car, I should not need an oil change after only two months and before even reaching one-third of the mileage interval. I explained this to them and asked for help with the situation. I want to be clear I did not ask for a free service. I only asked if they could offer a reduced service cost to help make this right. Unfortunately, they told me they would not help in any way. No explanation, no attempt to work with me, and no effort to resolve what seems like a reasonable concern. This experience left me feeling like once the sale is complete, customer service is no longer a priority. I expected better support and accountability after purchasing a brand new vehicle. I called the dealership last week and never received a call back and had to follow up myself. More
