My purchase of a 2022 Telluride with 9000 miles has been deemed a lemon. Dashboard system shut down, smell that I have paid to have removed, but unsuccessful. The dealership, ALM South, has avoided me (other than Marc Romage the salesman). And he informed me that I could buy a 2023, that I suggested, that I found in the showroom, but have now been told it was sold. So there offer now is to wait until a new one comes in late February, but I would have to pay over $2000 more than sticker because “ that’s how it works”. If the car makes it to the dealership without anyone putting s deposit on it, I can get it for the original price of the new I found in the showroom. Marc was s great salesman, and I’m sure meant well, but the lack of a solution has marred my experience and excitement of my new car. More

ALM KIA South I usually do not like writing negative reviews. However, this is one that needs to be told. We went to ALM Kia in October 2021. I purchased a 2022L Telluride and my wife bought a 2022 KIA reviews. However, this is one that needs to be told. We went to ALM Kia in October 2021. I purchased a 2022L Telluride and my wife bought a 2022 KIA K5. Spending over $90.000.00 with ALM KIA Salesman was Keneil Downer. At this time, we were informed that we will get 2 free oil changes. Well since it is an hour’s drive from home, we will always go on a Saturday morning. The first oil change went fine and was free and went with no issues. Since we don’t have to commute to work a lot it took some time before our second oil change. Last week I scheduled our second free oil change. When I called for the appointment, I kept being disconnected before I even talked to a human. So, I decided to use the chat feature. I informed the chat person that I had a free oil change and I want to make sure it was on record before we made this hour’s drive with 2 cars. She informed me to come on and she set the appointment for Saturday morning at 8 am. We informed the advisor of the free oil change when we got there. She told us that since she could not verify it on our record, she will need to talk with the sales manager or salesperson. I gave her their names. We keep all records. We went to breakfast and came back. We were informed that we had to pay $270 for our oil change and that the salesperson (Keneil Downer) did not know who we were or anything about the sale. I asked if he was there so we could talk with him. It is easy to forget some people, so I gave him the benefit of that. Keneil Downer did not want to come over there and said he don’t remember and that was it. My wife told me not to get upset and just pay it and leave. We will not be coming back to ALM KIA. They promise you anything to get you to spend your money but when it comes time to fulfill their promise it is not done. I was thinking of trading my 2022 Telluride for 2023. I also had a family member that wanted me to bring her to purchase a car. With the way, I was disregarded for our free promised oil change I cannot recommend this dealership. For a $270 oil change, they lost loyal customers and a new sale. The advisor Precaria Dallas was pleasant and nice to work with. This is the reason I give it one star. More
