I had an appointment scheduled for 3:30 pm on 8/22/22 to get 4 new tires and an oil change. I didn’t leave the dealership until 6:30 pm, which Is typical of this service department even if I was only getti get 4 new tires and an oil change. I get in my car 8/23/22 only to find my tire pressure light on indicating that not 1 but all 4 of my new tires are low in pressure I have to miss work to get this taken care of, as if that was not enough I look at the paperwork for the mileage on my oil change its states 39,251 miles however my car only has 37,800 miles on it. So I’m questioning if the even did an oil change. Needless to say their “Service department is Horrible. More

It was an easy, simple and smooth process to easily come in as a walk in and get my oil change. Also, the complimentary wash was thoughtful as well. Hire more people and hire QUALITY STAFF. I had to come to this place three times in a 2 month timeframe to get my brakes serviced properly.
