Joe was patient and low pressure while I looked at models and then test drove one with my wife and two children. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with while I went back and forth between a few vehicles and then purchased one. When it was time to take delivery he took the time to explain a number of features that had not come up previously and I felt confident that I had a good grasp of the different functionalities even before reading the pile of manuals.
