I contacted Shawn via the internet regarding purchasing a 2013 Toyota after much research. I was interested in both the Avalon and the Hylander but on reflection decided the Hylander was just too large for 2013 Toyota after much research. We already had a Buick Enclave and had decided to go with a more compact car. Shawn's helpful, professional and knowledge about Toyota products was instrumental in our decision making process. So far we have been VERY impressed by the car, but even more so by the dealership experience! I enjoyed my experience with Acton Toyota. Never felt pressured and they were honest the entire time. I went to Consumer Reports and got a quote from Acton Toyota on a Camry XLE. Tom called me and emailed me promptly about the vehicle. We communicated entirely on email and phone. The rest of the experience was also very smooth with regard to signing the loan and taking delivery of the car. Keith Mobley(sic???) was also very helpful as the financial person for the loan and other paperwork. The entire experience was smooth, efficient and a non-event. Great experience. Scott was knowledgeable, friendly, and didn't push. He truly wanted to get me in a car that worked for me on all levels; price, mileage, features, and comfort. One thing I noticed about Acton Toyota is that they didn't tag-team me with the sales manager doing a riff on "what do I have to do for you to buy this car today." It really was low pressure. Of course, Scott had to check with the sales manager as we negotiated, but that was all done in a way that didn't put extra pressure on me. There was a pretty gentle but firm sales pitch to buy the extended warranty. It wasn't excessive, but it definitely was there with the justification being that I was buying a high-level trim model with more potential high-cost repairs to little things. After talking to some other people about this, I am glad I took it, low sales pressure and all. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acton Toyota, Scott, and the rest of the sales team. More
This review is long overdue. In 2009, I purchased a new Rav4 from Acton Toyota of Littleton. The buying process was easy and enjoyable, the price very reasonable, and I also got a fair price on my trade-i Rav4 from Acton Toyota of Littleton. The buying process was easy and enjoyable, the price very reasonable, and I also got a fair price on my trade-in vehicle, a 2001 Hyundai Sonata. Our salesperson, Steve Jensen, was very personable and not at all pushy. He was clear about the lowest price that could be offered and, having done our homework, my husband and I were confident in his assessment. Since having bought my Rav4 I have visited Acton Toyota of Littleton for every recommended oil change and service appointment. Their facility is beautiful and they do an excellent job with providing perks that really matter to the customer. Among the extras offered are: a comfortable waiting suite, with separate areas equipped with either children's books and toys, business center amenities including free wifi, or flat screen TVs (and free gourmet coffee of course), a shuttle service that I have personally used many times, and free breakfast or lunch in their huge cafeteria. I have recommended Acton Toyota of Littleton to friends and co-workers looking to purchase Toyota vehicles, and I certainly plan to purchase my next car there (probably another Rav4, I love mine!).
