I went to Acton Toyota for my 2nd "no money down lease" and have had a great experience both times. There are no "small print gotchas" - it is truly a no money down lease. What a breath of fresh air. We came here because the Toyota dealership closest to us absolutely sucked. We heard about Scott from a friend, so we checked it out. Despite the fact that they were the only dealership who had the exact car that we were looking for, they still cut us an exceptional deal, about 5% under KBB prices. They did do the whole "let me go talk with the sales manager" routine, but they came back with all the right answers, so who cares :-) 100% no-pressure. Scotts general attitude seemed to be "if you'd like to buy a car, I'll be happy to help you and answer your questions, if not...I'll still be happy to answer all your questions!" Id reccommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota, and I'll even go one further. After dealing with some of the other dealerships, I'll say you should ONLY deal with this dealership, and ask for Scott! More

My car buying experience started with receiving a polite phone call 5 minutes after submitting my request for a trade-in value on Acton Toyota's website. I literally started my car shopping with that trade-in inquiry and assumed it would be weeks before settling on a car and dealership I liked and was comfortable with - I decided in 3 days. Alex was extremely patient and understanding of my situation and applied no pressure at all. The evening I arranged to meet Alex I was about 15 minutes early, Alex met me within a few minutes and apologized that he could not meet at that moment, rather than ask me to wait (remember I was early) Alex had arranged for another salesman (Li I believe) to get me started on test drives. I was so impressed with Alex and Acton Toyota that I only visited one other dealership (not Toyota), which happened to be the one my B-i-L sells for. Alex and Acton Toyota treated me with great respect, they offered me a very fair price on my trade-in, and they have a beautiful facility and great people. More

An exceptional difference and experience compared to other Toyota Dealerships that I have visited in the past. Searched online to find a certified preowned toyota and it seems that Acton Toyota had the other Toyota Dealerships that I have visited in the past. Searched online to find a certified preowned toyota and it seems that Acton Toyota had the best deal around Boston. Did some research online to see some reviews from previous customers and I see a pattern of reviews that keeps on giving this place an extremely high score as well as lengthy review. Some dealerships that I went to in that past seem to have their own employees write these reviews so I was skeptical in the beginning. I went online to inquire about this vehicle and John Bohr immediately tended to my inquiry. I only left him my email at first because I didn't want to go through all the calls that other dealerships tend to send out to their customers constantly asking them to come in. John was very professional and left all his contact information for me and let me choose the best time for me to contact the dealership rather that sending out 10 emails before my visit. I scheduled a time to test drive the vehicle and came in early and the car was ready and parked in the front for me to test drive. John inquired about whether I have a trade or not and from experience I should have not talk about a trade until a price for the vehicle I am interested in has been set. Yet everything was going very smoothly and have already met my expectation I decided to let the used car manager examine my car while i test drive theirs. John said that this will speed up the process and I honestly can say it sure did. After my test drive we went to discuss about the price of the vehicle as well as the trade. It was one of the quickest negotiations I have ever done before. Lasted around 30-45 minutes. They presented me some numbers and I discussed with them about the numbers I thought that would be fair. People have to be reasonable when they do a trade in because the dealer would have to incur overhead when selling a vehicle. Nevertheless I got a great deal on the certified vehicle and the price that I got for my trade in was a good value as well. If you do your research you will be fine because Acton Toyota doesn't seem like a dealership that would intentionally rip you off like BOCH Toyota (they have amazing deals but they will try everyway to screw you in the end so becareful of BOCH!!) I have never met a dealership with such honesty and integrity for selling cars. They have a mission statement and they stick with it! Even Gene from finance was awesome. I was never for 1 second pressure to purchase any extra. They will spend time to explain to you anything you don't understand and will not guilt trip you or pressure you to buy some warranty. Absolute pleasure to do business with this dealership. Will definately recommend family and friends to this place! More
Overall, I had a great experience purchasing a certified, used vehicle at Acton Toyota. I really appreciated the no-pressure sales approach and felt relaxed because of it. Mr. John Bohr was pleasant to work with and quite patient as well, since I was only able to drop by the dealership and take a test drive in the evening on a weekday. The dealership must take pride in its quality maintenance and servicing as well, which is evident from the great shape that my (future) car was in when I first saw it in person. I contacted Shawn about 2 months ago via the internet. I told him exactly what I was looking for in a new Venza. He never hounded me during the months between calls. When the car came in(exactly like I wanted it) he even held it for a week while I recovered from surgery. On the day I purchased the car, the dealership bought me and my sister lunch. I have contacted or visited many dealerships in search for the best price for this car. All the other dealers where only interested in one thing "how can I sell you this car today". When that didn't work, then the manager would go to work trying to pressure me. Then there would be numerous phone calls to try to get me to buy. One dealer even told me he had the car which he didn't. After test driving this car Shawn did all the paperwork, and only then transferred me to the finance manager. Both employees where very professional. I never once felt pressured to purchase anything. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
