When I went to get my sticker, I was even more impressed with the service operation in Littleton at the new location. The customer service was amazing and the comfort level of the environment for the clients is wonderful. They graciously offered me a coupon for breakfast while I was waiting. There was plenty of water, juice, coffee etc. also for their customers, as well as magazines and television. Customer hospitality is so often ignored in today's world. As a graduate of a hotel school, I was most impressed with Acton/Littleton Toyota. Congratulations to the staff and management for their first class service in a timely fashion! More

He appeared empowered to make decisions with me and merely consulted and/or directed me to others within Acton Toyota that answered any questions he could not. Although I wanted one of the most sought after models I feel quite comfortable that he gave me exceptional service that definitely superceeded the bargaining options that were not available on the model I chose. Service is everything and Acton Toyota has mastered that attribute. I will recommend this dealer to anyone and everyone that is looking for exceptional service, quality workmanship and fair pricing. My visit to the dealership was mainly to get out of a gas guzzler that I currently own. I came willing to look at new or used vehicles. The apartment building I live in shares a parking lot with a large Toyota dealership and I drove the 30 minutes to come to Acton Toyota because of their excellent reputation. They truly made the trip worth it. I was not pressured at all, I was encouraged to try as many cars as I wanted to find the one that best suited my needs. It was very relaxed, but professional at the same time. I genuinely enjoyed what I expected to be a pain staking experience. Travis McCarthy took incredible care of me. He really was responsible for creating such a great experience. I would gladly put my name on the dealership, and especially on Travis. I'm now a customer for life. There are many many options out there to purchase a car. This dealership stands out as the best, and I have purchased 4 or 5 cars in my lifetime, all at different dealerships. I was on my way home from work rushing to coach my 12 year old baseball team and my truck (Tundra) just about died a mile away from the shop. I rushed in and Brian met me right away. I explained my predicament, he got my truck right in and had it looked at. Turns out my air pump injection system failed due to water. It was a big project and Brian told me my truck was "going to spend the night." He told me he had good news as the air system, normally costing about $3500, was under warranty! He also got me into a "loaner car" (at no cost!) and got me out and on my way in under a 1/2 hour. He was very courteous and helpful, took care of me and got me to the game only an inning late! (test-drive and pick-up vehicle) Financed with Toyota and Jack Lloyd, the finance person, was very efficient and organized. QUALITY OF WORK: our new vehicle was ready to go when we arrived. Shawn patiently showed us how to pair the iphone. All our paperwork was put nice and tidy in a ACTON TOYOTA folder for us. FRIENDLINESS: the receptionist was busy on the phone, but another employee suddenly appeared to assist. i like the way Acton Toyota uniform. They have an excellent waiting area while your car is being serviced. Nice, clean restrooms. OVERALL EXPERIENCE: We live close to 3 other Toyota dealers, but based on my observations we'll bring our car to Acton Toyota for service. The cars in stock that are displayed on the web site is kept very current. Our car, after we bought it, was off the internet within 1 day. A real team approach. The receptionist was busy on the phone, but another staff member magically appeared to help us. This is our first Toyota purchase and we are delighted. PRICE: We were delighted with a finance rate substantially less than our credit union offered. Shawn carefully explained the option to purchase more coverage to extend the initial warranty. This was a tremendous value. We were amazed at this unheard of value. Shawn will be our first email when we need another car.
