I test drove some vehicles (I wanted to switch from sedan to SUV) and in the end decided to lease a 2012 Rav 4. I was never hassled or pushed in to a sale which made me feel much more comfortable. Aside from the price and overall satisfaction with the vehicle, Scott's explanation and assurance of everything with Toyota was what sold me. Very pleased!! Thank you!! More
After having a horrendous experience at Boch Toyota in Norwood, it was nice to get a salesman who is honest. Coincidently, a relative was buying a car from Steve Jensen of Toyota of Littleton, who indicated from the start that Boch would not be able to match the deal. I didn't believe him at first, because I trusted the online conversation; however, in the end, Steve was right about the deceptive advertising and we bought a car from him. More
I think Acton Toyota is the best dealership that I have ever shopped at. You could actually eat off the floor of the service bays. In my opinion, he is a service oriented person. Maryanne Shannon is the quintessential sales person, who understands the intricacies of the sales process and has outstanding product knowledge. She is candid, straight forward in her approach to customer satisfaction, and is dedicated to establishing a win-win business relationship. I have found these two people at Acton Toyota of Littleton to be professional and competent in the sales process. -- that is why I purchased a new car from them, and in retrospect, am happy about the purchase! We purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius and a 2012 Toyota Sienna from Acton Toyota. My husband purchased the Sienna for me as a surprise holiday gift. Gregg McHugh worked tirelessly with my husband from beginning to end to make the purchasing experience an enjoyable one. He reviewed all the optional features in a stress-free manner and did not place any pressure on him during the process. Gregg was able to get us the financing we needed to "seal the deal". As it was a surprise Christmas gift for me, Gregg delivered the car late on Christmas Eve and worked so hard to keep the purchase a secret. We were so surprised that Gregg would do this on a special holiday, taking time away from his own family to do so. Even though Gregg reviewed the car's feautures with my husband upon purchase, he spent a great deal of time with me 5 months later to review the same features. This kind of customer service is not rare or unusual at Acton Toyota. There is NO comparing other dealerships to Acton Toyota. It is very clear that customer service is their top priority. The showrooms, service area, waiting rooms, etc are spotless and use technology to ensure that patrons have a quick and enjoyable experience. We would buy more Toyotas in the future, just for the wonderful customer service that Acton Toyota offers long after the vehicle is purchased. More

We found our Toyota Sienna online after an extensive search (including other dealerships and private sellers). Acton Toyota's price appeared to be competitive so we scheduled an appt. When we arrived, the car was ready for a test drive. We appreciated being able to drive the car by ourselves so we could talk candidly. The price was already significantly below book value but they also gave us a very fair trade-in for our '98 vehicle with 263,000 miles on it!! We liked Bob's friendly yet to-the-point approach. Frank answered all our financial questions simply and clearly. The out-of-state delivery process and plate transfer went very smoothly. Norm was even prepared with tools to transfer plates! After owning the car for a week, we had a question about a mechanical function - which was repaired quickly, no questions asked, and covered under the 30-day warranty. Overall, we were very pleased with the total experience and have already recommended Acton Toyota to several friends. They will be first on our list when we are ready for our next vehicle! More
During the first week of ownership, we brought our 2005 Sienna in for warranty service after hearing a "weird sound" in the dash. While sitting and waiting for the diagnostics (in an awesome waiting room w/WiFi, coffee, comfy chairs!), Steve kept me regularly updated on their progress. I was given a loaner as the part was not available same-day (a new Prius - Woo!Hoo!). When I went to sign the loaner out, the paperwork had already been done, Katie walked me to the car and off I went. Not only did Tony find and fix the problem in the Sienna, but also repaired another minor issue. Tony took the time to explain everything that had been repaired to me - and it was all under warranty! I'm a happy Toyota owner! More
