This was my first car purchase and Ken Wheeler made the experience smooth and easy. Using the internet to find cars and prices I was interested in was an easy way to narrow down my choiced. Then when I showed up at Acton Toyota to test drive, there was no pressure at all. We were test drove a couple of different cars just to compare and then Ken answered all of my questions and then some. He took me through all the steps of finding a car that worked well for me, and even when getting in my new car to drive away he took the time to explain different features of my car. Overall a wonderful experience. I would recommend Ken Wheeler and Acton Toyota for a car purchase & car service again and again. More
Alex was great! He worked hard to arrange for us to complete all paperwork on the same day as pickup so that we didn't have to drive up twice since we live almost an hour away from the dealership (yes complete all paperwork on the same day as pickup so that we didn't have to drive up twice since we live almost an hour away from the dealership (yes - we traveled that far to go to that dealership and it was worth it!) Shawn arranged for us to drive the cars we were interested in, and helped us to understand what the 2012 models are all about, and what Acton Toyota is all about. At all times, Shawn was friendly, professional, and gave us all of the time we needed to feel comfortable with the car, the dealership, and the decision. Both Shawn and Jack made the financial part of the decision and conversation comfortable and informative. There was simply nothing my wife and I did not understand by the end of our visits. I wholeheartedly recommend you stop in to Acton Toyota as we did and see Shawn Gormley about a new or previously owned and certified car. You will see Shawn makes what can be a stressful situation nothing more than a friendly and informative conversation about the car you want to buy, the dealership, and all of the related particulars. Service was great. Provided all the details and assisted well through the sale process on my 2007 odyssey. Delivered the used car in clean condition. I had to go back again for service to change the front b well through the sale process on my 2007 odyssey. Delivered the used car in clean condition. I had to go back again for service to change the front break pads within 5 weeks as only 4mm was left on them (Of course,it's a used car). Though the pads doesn't need immediate change, Sandy at Service desk helped me to get a good discount and got the front pads changed. Sandy also had their technician check the rattle on my car dash multiple times, but unfortunately car doesn't produce the wind noise when at the dealership. It was consistent rattle from windshield, but for whatever reason my car doesn't do it at dealership(funny, it started whistling as soon as I reached back to my city- may be its the direction of Air :)). Overall I had a nice experience at this dealership. In past I accompanied my friends to few other dealerships. Compared those so called no-hassle dealers, I definitely had a very pleasant experience at Acton Toyota. More
This is the forth Camry that I have purchased from Acton Toyota and all of them have been great cars. All four cars have been serviced at Acton Toyota without an issue. Everyone was very friendly and polite. There was no presure to buy or make a decision on a car. Jim Sullivan and Acton Toyota made the entire automobile buying experience a positive one. I told him what I wanted - he listened and asked questions when appropriate. I'm not comfortable driving with the salesman - Jim encouraged me to take the vehicle out for as long as I wanted while he stayed back at the showroom. The color and features on the RAV I wanted wasn't available in this area. He worked with a colleague to get it from another state. When it came down to discussing money, my husband asked him to please give us his best price. Jim was able to give us a great number without having to go through the "dance" of going back and forth to his manager. Jim spent a lot of time working with me both before I purchased the car and on the pick up date to be sure my IPhone would work with the BlueTooth system. I have always despised the entire automobile purchasing scene and written it off as an uncomfortable reality in life. Jim made it painless. I can't imagine buying a car from anyone else. More
