After doing quite a bit of research on the internet, and literally looking at hundreds of used Toyota Highlanders, I kept coming back to Acton Toyota's website not only for their large inventory, but for th literally looking at hundreds of used Toyota Highlanders, I kept coming back to Acton Toyota's website not only for their large inventory, but for the quality and quantity of images of each vehicle that had listed on their site. Being a commercial photographer, I'm keenly aware of how a clean, clear photograph can make all the difference in how a product sells. As part of their used vehicle review, there were close-ups of the console and instrument panels, overhead views of the interior, both front and rear, outside detailing and overall views of the vehicle from every possible angle. Once I settled on a few of the Highlanders I was interested in seeing, I contacted the dealer via email and awaited a reply. It was a very short wait. Doug Shepherd got back to me within an hour and made arrangements for me to view the vehicles at the dealership the following day. First impression of the dealership is "Wow." Large, well-lit showroom with lots of inventory on display both inside and out, a flurry of activity between customers and sales staff, and without exception, every staff member I met from the time I opened the front door to later meeting Doug at the reception desk, smiled and greeted me with a genuine, "Hello." Doug has a low-key, friendly attitude with a great appreciation for his product line and the reasons Acton Toyota deserved my business. The journey to a great deal was a short one for me. My past car dealership experiences have included the typical back and forth tug of war over price, service and financing. Oftentimes the experience was acrimonious and unpleasant, fulfilling the stereotype of the used car salesman perfectly. My experience at Acton Toyota was anything but that. No pressure, no haggling and never getting the feeling of being talked down to, which is a real deal breaker for me. Professional staff, attentive service and a congenial selling experience will have me coming back again and again to Acton Toyota. More

i had a couple of issues with my new truck that i bought someplace else. so i took it into acton toyota to have them look into it for me. dealer i got it from didnt respond to my e mail inquirys. first day someplace else. so i took it into acton toyota to have them look into it for me. dealer i got it from didnt respond to my e mail inquirys. first day there they fixed one issue and had to order some parts for the other issue. they had the parts the next day and installed them making me one happier guy.. this is one realy nice dealership and its staffed by people who actualy care about what they do for the customers they service. you can even walk around inside the showroom or out in the lot without being preyed upon ! this was a major difference from any other dealership i have ever been to. this is the kind of place to tell your friends about right here. bob moran is the owner and he has one heck of a team working for him at acton toyota. thanks for great service. funny story...when i was looking to buy a new truck i actually came here one sunday morning to check them out. they werent open yet. so i went elsewhere and bought a truck the same day. i should have come back here to buy. lesson learned... I was impressed by the sales service John Bernard gave me at Acton Toyota. He allowed me to take the car for a half day which allowed me to really get familiar with the vehicle. Neil quickly found a vehicle which met my requirements, and although it was priced higher than my top limit, he made a reasonable adjustment that enabled me to purchase a vehicle that exceeded my original expectations. Finally, Neil was very faithful in fixing various faults that I had noticed while evaluating the vehicle. He delivered the car promptly as promised, conditioned as promised, which I guess makes him a sales person whom I would not hesitate to recommend to my friends. More

We had initially looked at a Highlander at a different dealer and then made an Internet enquiry to multiple dealers about the Prius v. Jack Mendosa responded very quickly with a competitive price for a vehicle which matched our requirements. It had to come from another dealer but we drove it home within the week. Jack was a pleasure to work with and he was also very efficient and knowledgeable about all the features. We even had a lengthy user instruction session which was very useful considering all the new features to us of a hybrid vehicle.
