Wow! I just took delivery on a 2012 "Prius c" from Acton Toyota. As so many others have noted here, I had the best experience I've ever had in buying a car, thanks to Jim Piazas (sales) and Keit from Acton Toyota. As so many others have noted here, I had the best experience I've ever had in buying a car, thanks to Jim Piazas (sales) and Keith Mobley (finance). Never once did I feel any pressure to buy or to buy anything I was not already asking about (in terms of options and extras). Neither did I ever experience any of the otherwise typical run-around tactics that make you feel like you have to fight or play a game in order to walk away with a great deal. From the first moment I walked through the door and spoke with the person in the reception area, I quickly noticed that all of the staff seemed to be polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. Jim and Keith both came across to me as if they truly understand that a customer's time is also valuable, and that we hope to be treated as though they DO want our business (not just as another bump in their quota or the dealership's profit margin). The dealership itself is also as impressive as could be expected. The showroom, waiting area, service area, and even the cafeteria are all huge and comfortable (not to mention the size of their lot as well). And where else can you be treated to something to eat while you are waiting? The best you could hope for at most other dealers is water or a cup of coffee and a vending machine. I actually had to take a moment to decide what to eat from their lunch menu (freshly cooked), and there was a nice variety to choose from. Very nice touch! Jim was very willing to provide me with information he located in his computer to help offer choices for which car I hoped to locate. He also managed to get me the exact one I wanted, and kept me up to date with the progress of it being shipped to the lot. He emailed me plenty of information as well, and called me as soon as the car arrived. I had plenty of questions about the "extras" and he gave me straight answers right away, and when he didn't know, he called someone and found out while I was sitting at his desk. I had every confidence that I would be happy with my purchase. NO SURPRISES or incidental, late add-ons!!! Keith also made it a very painless and straight-forward process in finalizing all of the financial paperwork, and even managed to get me an APR rate that was a LOT better than I received through my own banks. He clearly explained each document and the costs of everything. When we were done, I had to ask, "That's it?" It seemed too painless, and quick. A very pleasant surprise. Yesterday, I was lucky enough to meet Norm for delivery. Norm called me to confirm the timing of his arrival, and he too was extremely friendly. He clearly has a lot of experience dealing with the town hall transfer process, and that also helped the process move very quickly and smoothly. He even came with a power rill in hand to very quickly change plates. Yet another nice touch. Today I received a call from both Jim and Keith to make sure my entire process was a pleasant one, and to be sure I am happy. I can honestly say that I could not be any happier with my purchase and the entire process I experienced at Acton Toyota. Jim Piazas was recommended to me by a co-worker. And thanks to Jim, who drove the whole process for me, Acton Toyota is the first dealership I would proudly recommend, without hesitation, to anyone looking to buy a Toyota! I just had an outstanding experience buying my new 2012 Prius 3 from Scott Doherty at Acton Toyota. I found Scott to be very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous in making our purchase decision. I didn't feel pressured with Scott, and he really took the time to explain all I needed to know about a Hybrid vehicle, as this was my first time considering a Prius. He even came in on his day off to deliver the new vehicle to me, and spent about an hour going over every component until I was comfortable in my new Prius. I will definitely be recommending Acton Toyota and Scott Doherty to family and friends in the future. More

This is the third car I have bought from this dealership. I feel they have always been more than fair. Treated me with respect and understand my needs. It also helps they have cars I LOVE! This new location is not as convinent for me, but the service they provide makes up for it. Who can beat the free drinks and nice cafe! Plus, Computer area, TV and the fun of looking at all the new cars even when not in the market to buy. More
I dealt with Patrick through emails back in March. That experience could have been better....BUT I finally went intonthe dealership today 9/16. I met with Wellington and Lee. I had been looking for a used Tundra for almost 2 months. I hesitated in contacting Acton Toyota of Littleton due to an experience I had about a year previously with Jim Paizas. The only Tundra I could f I hesitated in contacting Acton Toyota of Littleton due to an experience I had about a year previously with Jim Paizas. The only Tundra I could find that met my wants and needs was at Acton. I checked DealerRater.com to see who customers had worked with in the past that were satisfied. I made two calls with no answers so I just called again and asked for a salesperson. LUCKILY Maryanne Shannon answered. Once I was able to visit the dealership Maryanne treated me with respect and was NOT your typical (at other locations) used car salesperson. I was not looking for the 'Deal of the Century' but an honest and fair price which Maryanne was able to accomplish with her manager. When I test drove the vehicle I noticed a slight rattle. Their service staff checked it out and said it was the skid plate. They didn't attempt to 'fix' it but instead replaced the entire piece with no hesitation. When I returned to have the skid plate replaced, Stan Dekhtyar (my service writer) was extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions without hesitation. I happy to say my experience at Acton Toyota of Littleton with Maryanne and Stan restored my faith in their dealership. They took care of everything making the transition from my F150 to my 2008 Tundra seamless. I know now that all dealerships are NOT the same. I HIGHLY recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton... as they are Honest, Prompt, Courteous and Professional. More
