I have been going back and forth between different Makes/Models of cars and SUVs for almost a year. I wanted a lot more car (bells and whistles) then I could afford as monthly payments, so I started Makes/Models of cars and SUVs for almost a year. They had a 'no money down, no hidden fee' ad that I responded via an email asking what they had on the lot for loaded Camrys. I wanted the full package... heated seats, sunroof, navigation package ---the works. Shawn replied to my email immediately. After a couple emails back and forth, I called him --and when we began to talk I really got a honest to goodness good feeling about him. A no pressure, honest feeling. When I arrived at the dealership later that afternoon, he put a plate on the Camry told me to go enjoy and sent me on my way. He never took my license. It felt nice. I left with my brand new 2012 Camry a couple days later!! More

He was available by phone for questions and kept us informed of every step of the process. Scott Doherty was very polite and helpful when we went in to look at a Prius. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the features of the car, and invited us to come back after we had owned the car to look at a Prius. This was by far the best truck purchase experience I have had. I had been looking for a new Tacoma at several local Toyota dealerships and found what I was looking for at Acton Toyota of Littleton. I used their internet website and asked for a price on the truck I was interested in. In a very short time I got an answer back from a salesman by the name of Ken Wheeler, who gave me a price and information on setting up a test drive. I met with Ken the next day and he had the truck waiting for me so I could look it over and take it on a test drive. Ken took time to go around the truck and explain all the options that came with the truck. After I finished my test drive we went over the purchase price details and what was needed to transfer my plates. Ken is a great no pressure salesman who explained how all the systems work and answered any questions I had. He showed me around the dealership, which is first class, and when he introduced me to the people in the service department they set me up for my first scheduled maintance checkup, which is free from Toyota. I would recommend Ken and Acton Toyota to any one looking for a Toyota product. More

So I was very nervous, especially because I had some previous, poor experience in other places while shopping around for the right deal. Well, I can certainly say here without any doubt, that the experience I had in dealing with Tom Downing from Acton Toyota, was quite the opposite. Tom was very professional, and helpful in all regards of the sales process, answering patiently, but clear my multiple questions. From the first e-mail contact I was treated very friendly, without any pressure, the thing I would hate the most. Honestly, I never thought that such a smooth sales process is possible or available these days. It was a great experience that changed my opinion about car sales and proved me that what I thought a car dealer should be, IS ACTUALLY POSSIBLE. When I went for my sticker I explained to the service representative I had an appointment in 45 minutes & I hoped he could fit me in and get me out to make my appointment. He had me out in 30 minutes. My sales experience was as I expected, hazzle free. I went to Acton Toyota of Littleton to work again with Jim Sullivan. I had previously purchased a 2006 Prius from Jim and had been delighted with my experience. Jim was very open & honest during negotiations and offered me a fair trade on my Prius and a fair price on my new purchase. I had done my homework on the value of my trade and the price of the new purchase and know I was treated fairly. I highly recommend Jim Sullivan and Acton Toyota of Littleton.
