I had the pleasure of working with Steve Kiviat to get me into a new car earlier this year. Being a young female & not knowing much about cars or even how the whole leasing process worked I figured it would into a new car earlier this year. Being a young female & not knowing much about cars or even how the whole leasing process worked I figured it would just be a quick sale and probably wouldn’t have much contact with Steve after the fact. Well I was wrong. Steve has showed me nothing but how an amazing car dealer should be. Before the sale and after! He has been nothing but supportive & reachable anytime I have questions or concerns. He’s always patient and more than happy to explain things further or break stuff down in ways easier for me to understand. It doesn’t seem like just a job to Steve. He makes it so you feel welcome and like you matter as a person, not just a sale. I don’t think words do Steve and his hard work any justice but I felt the need to write this to show my appreciation. People like Steve makes getting a car feel great. 10/10 will definitely recommend him to others just like I was recommended to him. Great guy in every aspect. Super thankful for all his help to this day. More
Have been dealing with Acton Toyota Sales & Service for over 10 years and have been impressed by their customer service until my last visit. I went in for an oil change and inspection sticker only to be c over 10 years and have been impressed by their customer service until my last visit. I went in for an oil change and inspection sticker only to be charged $50.00 for replacing a fog light bulb without being asked. The frustrating part is that I had checked that all lights worked prior to bringing it in. Is this how they are making up for lost sales due to low inventory? More
It used to be quite a bit better I couldn’t stop raving about it but they had to cut back on so many nice things such as the best coffee and something nice to go with it . also they used to give you comple about it but they had to cut back on so many nice things such as the best coffee and something nice to go with it . also they used to give you complete free breakfast lunch if you had to wait not partially pay for it now which is kind of cheesy at this point in life especially when you’re purchasing a vehicle that cost as much as a house did years ago partially due to people taking advantage of their offerings which made you feel very comfortable when you were sitting around for 2 to 4 hours waiting for your vehicle which is sad but the people are still very nice! More
