I was very very happy with my buying experience at this dealership. From the first call when they QUICKLY told me if the car I was calling on was still available (unlike other dealers who didn't have the dealership. From the first call when they QUICKLY told me if the car I was calling on was still available (unlike other dealers who didn't have the car when I arrived even though I had called ahead), to the great driving directions they gave me to find them, to being greeted when I walked in by the person who I had first spoken with, to being assigned a friendly and knowledgeable salesman to show me the car, thru all of it I never felt bombarded, just welcomed. I do not like to feel I am being assaulted by 3 or 4 salesmen at once and strong arm sales tactics annoy me. The car was RIGHT OUTSIDE the door ready to go. It had gas in it and was not running on fumes like many of the other cars I drove at other dealers. When I got back from the test drive, and we started negotiations I felt respected and heard. Price was discussed but I never felt they were angry at me for my bargaining, its a sales transaction, nothing personal. I was happy with the end price. I was VERY happy with the percentage rate Toyota gave me for financing as well. The dealership is lovely, spotlessly clean including the bathrooms, and lots of parking right out front. While they were doing the paperwork they had me wait in their cafeteria and fed me a very nice complimentary lunch. My only complaint about that part was the temperature in the cafeteria was very cold. But I wasn't there long so it didn't matter much. While I was offered options that were available, extended warranties etc, that will work well for other people possibly, I was not made to feel that I was a bad person when I declined. I have purchased many cars and this transaction was handled more quickly than any of the others, very fast and smooth. And the most amazing thing was they registered it for me in another State. No registering it in Mass. only to have to go home to Vermont and I have to go to the DMV myself and go thru it all again. That is unheard of, exemplary service! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership or my Salesman Gregg McHugh to anyone. Great job guys. More

The friendly response from Leo and all the staff that I encountered at the Annex in Acton, the non-pressuring sale, and the ease of purchasing a vehicle was very much appreciated. I like that the research I had done on fair pricing and quality of a vehicle was reflected in the information that was given to me - there was no haggling, a good and fair price was offered with honest communication about what was happening each step of the way. We had tried a local dealer in Lancaster,but they were not very helpful. Scott called us and we went to Littleton to look at a blue highlander and it was sold that day so he said he would try to find us one through another dealer; because of the sale, most highlanders were already sold. We ended up buying a 2012 at a very good price in the color we wanted just in time for vacation. Thanks to Joe Tosi we purchased all the extra's that increased the value of our highlander. We own a Yaris and have owned other Toyota's in the past. They are my car of choice. We started our research on the internet and were contacted by Scott Doherty of Acton Toyota. From the start he was a pleasure to work with. He understood our situation and found the car we wanted with a monthly payment that was within our budget. Scott was very respectful of our needs and treated my entire family with respect. Buying a new car can sometime be somewhat challenging and intimidating. Not so at Acton Toyota and not so when dealing with Scott. He should be a valued employee. Thanks Scott. The showroom and facilities at Acton Toyota are second to none. My mom and I were looking for a hybrid car and we contacted Scott Doherty after finding his information online. Since we weren't exactly sure what we wanted we asked to test out a few different model contacted Scott Doherty after finding his information online. Since we weren't exactly sure what we wanted we asked to test out a few different models. Scott was both extremely knowledgeable and extremely patient. He also really listened to what we were saying. While we were test driving different types of cars Scott would make recommendations based on what we liked or disliked about each one. This helped us figure out very quickly which car would be best. Then he walked us through all of the different features, and when we had questions (we had A LOT of questions) he would always answer them. Even when he didn't know the answer he would always go to great lengths to get the question answered by someone else on his staff. In addition to answering all of our many questions and concerns, he also walked us through the numbers, several times, with each of us holding a calculator. The transparency and honesty in this transaction was pretty incredible, especially after experiencing some negative experiences with car salesman at other dealers in the area. There was a shortage in the car we ended up selecting, but thanks to Scott's efforts we got the car we were looking for with all of the little details we wanted. We ended up with an awesome car, for a fair price and a relatively painless car buying experience (as painless as buying a car can be). Thanks Scott, you rock! More
