Acton Toyota is one of the very few dealers who knows how to RESPECT your customer. Travis did a fantastic job from finding the right car for me and making sure the overall package had everything met to my e to RESPECT your customer. He made extra effort to accommodate my previous vehicle return to another dealer and gave me a rental until the new car was ready. He got the (new) tires replaced to match my preference, which I have seen other dealers refuse. There were other similar things which I know many dealers just won't care but Travis chased and got them done. Their level of commitment and drive to make customer satisfied was evident in their work (not just words). In summary, I highly recommend this dealer and Travis McCarthy for any Toyota you want to buy. More
Everything was smooth when I completed a 75K intermediate service with my Toyota Sienna until I came home. I found a line of scratch on the van's right side that extended from the rear wheel well up to right service with my Toyota Sienna until I came home. I tried to had it "buffed" back at the dealer just to correct it, after all it is only a minor scratch. But after several phone calls to Eric Moeller and more follow-up e-mails, nothing was done as of today. Out of frustration, I had it fixed already, by myself. This is really a big disappointment from this dealer. They have been good up to excellent (that's why we came back as repeat customer for our 2nd car) until now. Except for one voice mail and an e-mail scheduling me on my out-of-town vacation week to come to the dealership, I have nothing in response except a machine voice mail. I can understand the busy activities at the dealership, but not to respect your customer's time - a lot of time wasted on following up is a sure way to lose what you have gained over the years. Probably you have grown big over the years of sales and service excellence but not paying attention to small details can slowly erode your leadership. This is the 2nd service rep that I have worked with the past 3 months - they gave me a business card for any follow-up after check-out but doesn't respond to promptly when called. More
I found this dealer offering the lowest price on the truecar.com. They gladly agreed to honor the price I got from the website, and gave me a straight forward number of OTD price, which is also low. My local dealer cannot match their price but they are too far from me and I decided to buy local. The salesman who helped me, Ken Hsu, a nice and frank Taiwanese, is quite good at assisting distant buyers. (He also speak fluent Chinese). He assisted me for a whole day on the phone and I wish I could make the deal with him. Overall, low price, friendly and straight dealer. More

I was more than happy to buy another Tacoma so I didn't press the negotiations past the fairness point. The high point of the whole experience was working with my salesperson. What I needed was an over all report of how diagnostic was done, how did the pin point that the problem was what they said it was. also, the diagnostics is 99$. I can get that 80$ gadget and do it myself. What is the 99$ for? I need to see a full diagnostic report. There is a lot of critical data that goes on with a engine code. I may not fully understand it but I need to be assured that the job was done end to end. More

However, Acton Toyota of Littleton and Jim Sullivan in particular were highly recommended so I dec "excited" about having to purchase a new vehicle. However, Acton Toyota of Littleton and Jim Sullivan in particular were highly recommended so I decided to take the first step and visit the dealership. I purchased my new 2011 Camry SE that day (within hours actually). Jim and everyone involved in the process were very helpful and made the experience very enjoyable. I intend to bring my Camry back there for regular maintenance based on the customer service I received the day I purchased it. More

My sales person Tomas Revetria was great. He was very patient, attentative and answered all my questions. When i weent to pick up my new vehicle he showed me everything about it and also told me if i had any questions etc to give him a call or email him. I could not let go of the pricing in Acton Toyota, other dealers were just too much. Acton Toyota sticks to their words when they say something, nothing is hidden. Great job to Tomas Revetria. This was one of the more pleasant dealership I have ever been to. I have traveled around looking for a MX-5 Mazda for my wife, its been her dream to have a sports car, I have seen a lot of good ones and pro been to.
