I bought my Toyota at Acton Toyota of Littleton in 2007 and have had it serviced there ever since. I am very happy with all aspects of the service I receive in the Service Department - including no wait t and have had it serviced there ever since. I am very happy with all aspects of the service I receive in the Service Department - including no wait to drop off my car, friendly, knowledgeable staff, voucher for a free breakfast or lunch, and almost always taking less time to do the work than I expected. The representatives do everything they can to take the stress out of servicing my car, including offering me a free rental when I have been tight on time and needed to get somewhere. I highly recommend them for anyone who owns a Toyota and expects on-time, exceptional service. More

Glenn and John did an outstanding job making us feel welcome, without pressuring us to buy anything. John showed us 2 models of Highlander, and did a great job explaining the differences between the two welcome, without pressuring us to buy anything. Justin Brun happens to be a good friend of mine and I decided to talk to him about getting a 2011 Toyota Corolla. We discussed purchasing or leasing and I decided on leasing the car. I went to Acton Toyo decided to talk to him about getting a 2011 Toyota Corolla. We discussed purchasing or leasing and I decided on leasing the car. I went to Acton Toyota to do a test drive and as soon as I got there I was very impressed. The receptionist was fantastic, greeting me with a smile and asking me for my name and offering me water or juice. She got ahold of Justin right away and Justin then introduced me to Scott Doherty who was also just as fantastic. He showed me the exterior of the car, talked to me about all the features of the car, and even came out for the test drive with me because I was not familiar with the area! He asked me ocassionally about how I liked the handling of the car explained a few more details, but most of the time we had a normal conversation. We even discussed where we went to school and because I was a recent college grad, I saved another thousand dollars! There was zero pressure for me to get back to the dealership and sign any papers. I just drove and he let me expereince the drive and the car itself. When I finally decided to sign the papers for the lease Justin did whatever he could to make sure I was 100% satisfied with the car as well as the monthly payments. When I hit a bit of a snag with my insurance agency and the bank, Justin called me sveral times to keep me posted as to what step he was on with handling the issue and finally when everything was all taken care of paperwork wise. I even got a call from Scott later in the day confirming my agency had gotten the paperwork and the car was inspected and registered and ready to be picked up at my convenience. It was awesome how they made sure I was left in the loop and not left wondering what was going to happen next. From beginning to end it was top notch service. I cannot praise these two guys enough. No stress, no pressure and no rush to get the car. It was all at my pace and that's what I loved and appreicated about this whole experience. More

I have used this dealership for a couple of years and each time I go there it gets better and better. I always feel the SERVICE department is more important then SALES.
