We appreciated his patience in responding to all of our quesitons. Throughout the conversation, Jerry provided information yet left the purchase decision completely up to us. There was no pressure, no haggling. We completed our transaction with Jerry and Acton Toyota easily, and in a short time. The showroom, the salesperson, and the total experience were excellent. As a matter of fact, it was to the point where I had to ask myself "did I just buy a car?" as I headed home. Leo made the transaction painless: the price was right, the monthly payment was right. Leo also brought the car out of storage the day after I purchased it, so that my wife could see and drive it. Peter handled all of the necessary documentation and we had a great discussion with him. Norm met me up in Hudson, NH to swap the Focus and the trade-in. I will recommend this group to anyone I know shopping for a vehilce. More
My husband and I went to Acton Toyota that morning with the intention to buy a second car (used) because we desperately needed one. We were introduced to Steve and once he said Toyota was offering 0% finan the intention to buy a second car (used) because we desperately needed one. We were introduced to Steve and once he said Toyota was offering 0% financing on new Toyota's we were locked in. 2.5 hours later we had test driven a 2011 Camry, with the color and options we wanted, gone through financing and had agreed we would be picking our NEW CAR up the next day. Now that's what I call car shopping. No hastle, no getting up 10 times to have the sales person ask their boss permission for everything and best of all… NO BS! I highly recommend Acton Toyota. This is our second car purchase with them. Our first was the Toyota Hylander - we love this car too! I also highly recommend Steve Agusta - he listens to what you’re looking for, you’re your willing to spend and offers options/suggestions. He makes car shopping no longer a nightmare! So, why would someone from Connecticut buy a car in Massachusetts? I got all that -- and even a box of Girl Scout cookies from Acton. Worked with Scott Doherty who was terrific. He was friendly and up front and very quick to respond. He gave me exactly what I needed and wanted -- with none of that pushiness that most car salesmen engaged in. The price was under dealer invoice and was so good that 4 other dealers told me that if I could get that price, I ought to take it. And all that without any shenanigans. We did come up from CT for a trade-in but they gave me a fair value for it and overall, it was quick and pressure-free. Treated me like a valued customer. Oh, and did I mention the free meal with their restaurant inside? Then they delivered to car to my local DMV and even waited online FOR ME. They were more prepared than the DMV was. Even switched the license plate onto the new car for me and drove our trade in away. Unbelievable. I will recommend this dealer to ANYONE in the CT, MA, RI, NH, VT area. It is worth the drive. Just get your lowest prices before hand and submit your request via the internet department (which is a separate company from the actual dealer and can provide the lowest prices as an FYI). My only complaint: They gave me lemon Girl Scout cookies instead of Thin Mints. I guess you can't have it all. More
I recently purchased a new 2011 4Runner. Bob Rabb was my sales representative and he was outstanding. My experience with Bob and with Acton Toyota has been superb thus far. Bob's approach is what I would categorize as consultative selling rather than high pressure sales. His casual and very professional approach was the key factor in earning my business. I have an extremely busy schedule and what I appreciated most was that Bob listened to what I wanted, respected my time challenges and delivered on every component that I asked for. To summarize, I was given a good price on the vehicle that I purchased and was quoted a fair value on my trade. I actually have several other Toyota dealers closer to my house but decided to purchase from Bob and Acton Toyota because overall I had a much better experience and the bottom line price was better than the others More
I always have brought my 1999 Avalon, which I purchased from Acton Toyota, to Acton Toyota for service. Vehicles can be purchased from many places but a solid, trusting relationship with a dealer that consistently provides high quality and outstanding service from initial sale through ongoing service is the reason customers become repeat customers. My experience began with an online quote from Ben Koller for a new Prius. I found Ben to be very responsive and he came back with a very competitive price for the car. Both Ben and Ken were very helpful and the entire experience was without any sales pressure at all. The financial details and follow up was done by Keith Mobley, and again, the experience was very good. The entire dealership was very positive, and I would highly recommend Acton Toyota of Littleton to anybody that is in the market for a car. The prices are fair, and they treat the customer with respect without the tactics that many dealerships use. More
